Personal Training

As well as fitness classes you can get a bespoke training session with one- 2- one personal training, targeting the key areas for you such as losing body fat, toning legs, or building stronger muscles, as well as promoting  better posture alignment and feeling more energised.

Our Personal Trainers are Level 3 qualified with qualifications recognised by the Register for Exercise Professionals.

Other qualifications include Level 3 Mat Pilates, Circuit Training, Exercise and Pregnancy,  Exercise on Referral and Cancer Rehabilitation.

Sessions vary in length according to individual exercise and health requirements, lasting up to a maximum of 1 hour.
